If we fail to deliver your online store within the agreed timeline without prior notice.
If there is a technical error on our side that prevents the store from functioning as promised.
- Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
Completed WordPress stores after delivery.
Premium themes included with your store.
Domains and hosting fees already processed by third-party providers.
Training sessions and setup guidance once delivered.
- Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at contact@shoplaunchr.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
We will review your request within 5–7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. - Partial Refunds
In cases where partial work has been completed or the request is made after partial delivery, refunds may be prorated at our discretion. - Changes to This Policy
