If we fail to deliver your online store within the agreed timeline without prior notice.
If there is a technical error on our side that prevents the store from functioning as promised.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
    Please note that the following are non-refundable:

Completed WordPress stores after delivery.
Premium themes included with your store.
Domains and hosting fees already processed by third-party providers.
Training sessions and setup guidance once delivered.

  1. Refund Process
    To request a refund, contact us at contact@shoplaunchr.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
    We will review your request within 5–7 business days.
    If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  2. Partial Refunds
    In cases where partial work has been completed or the request is made after partial delivery, refunds may be prorated at our discretion.
  3. Changes to This Policy
    We may update our Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
